Bullard comes to Brunswick CC after spending the last three seasons at Converse University as assistant coach for the Valkyries. Durring Bullard's time with the valkyries, they broke 60-plus school records, including regular-season wins, confrence regular-season wins, and the first win over a nationally ranked team. Bullard coached two Conference Carolinias player of the week and one Conference Carolinas pitcher of the week, along with one Confrence Carolinas 1st team all-conference and two Conference Carolinas 2nd team all-conference. During his time, Bullard helped the Valkyries make back-to-back apperances in the Conference Carolinas championship tournament in 2025 and 2026. Along with Wining the program's first Conference Carolinas championship tournament game in program history during the 2026 season. The Valkyries also gained their first Conference Carolinas All-Tournament team in 2026 from Gracee Stucki. In 2024, he coached Riley Lingerfelt, who threw the first perfect game in program history and later in the week was recognized as the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division 2 National Pitcher of the week. In 2025, Sydney Watson was named D2CCA 2nd Team All-Southeast Region for the first time in program history. During his time, Bullard had 28 Valkyries earn Academic awards from the NFCA and Confrence Carolinas.
